After you explicitly agree and start interpreting, microphone audio, transcription and translation text, language choices, and voice settings are processed by Alibaba Cloud's Qwen translation service. With purchased time, processing uses the international service in Singapore. With your own key, you choose the international service or the mainland China service. Voice imitation, if enabled, uses the speech to produce translated audio resembling the current speaker.
Your audio connects directly to Alibaba Cloud; our time-account server does not receive audio or conversation text. You may decline sharing, stop interpreting, or withdraw consent in Settings. Withdrawal stops interpreting; it cannot recall data already transmitted. Microphone permission alone is not consent to AI data sharing.
API keys and time-account credentials are encrypted using Android Keystore. Conversation records remain in this app's local storage unless you choose to export or share them. You can delete records in the app. While a session you started is active, an Android foreground-service notification indicates microphone use and lets you stop it, including with the screen locked.
Google Play handles payment details. Our server verifies purchase tokens with Google and keeps product identifiers, transaction fingerprints, purchase/refund status, time-account identifiers, and a balance and usage ledger. We do not receive your card number. Google Play Integrity is used to check app authenticity, installation licensing and device integrity. Google processes device and app information for these checks under its privacy policies.
Language-pack purchases can be restored through Google Play. Purchased time belongs to a separate anonymous time account. Save its recovery code before reinstalling or changing devices. Anyone who obtains the code may access that account. Android and iOS balances are not automatically combined.
Account and transaction records support delivery, refunds and abuse prevention. Settings → Delete time account stops interpreting and removes the active account and its remaining time from our service. Limited irreversible account/transaction fingerprints may remain to prevent replay of deleted or refunded purchases. This does not delete your local transcripts or issue a Google Play refund. You may also request account deletion by email with your time-account ID; never email your recovery code or API key.
We do not sell personal data or use conversation content for advertising. Data is shared with service providers only as described above. Alibaba Cloud's and Google's own processing and retention are governed by their applicable terms and privacy policies; do not transmit sensitive conversations unless you have the participants' permission.

仅在你明确同意并开始传译后，麦克风音频、转写与译文、语言选择及声音设置才会交由阿里云通义千问处理。购买时长模式使用新加坡国际服务；自带 Key 模式可选择国际或中国大陆服务。开启声音模仿时，服务会根据当前发言生成相似声音的译音。
音频直接发送给阿里云，时长服务器不接收音频或对话文本。你可以拒绝、停止传译或在设置中撤回同意。撤回会停止传译，无法撤回之前已发送的数据。麦克风权限本身不代表同意向 AI 共享数据。
Key 和时长账号凭据使用 Android Keystore 加密。传译记录保存在本机，除非你主动导出或分享；可以在应用内删除。你启动的传译在后台或锁屏时继续运行，系统前台服务通知会提示麦克风使用，并提供停止入口。
Google Play 处理付款信息。服务端向 Google 核实购买凭据，保存商品编号、交易指纹、购买和退款状态、匿名时长账号标识、余额与用量账本，不接收银行卡号。Google Play Integrity 检查应用、安装许可和设备完整性，Google 按其政策处理相关设备和应用信息。
语言包可通过 Google Play 恢复；已购时长属于独立的匿名账号。重装或换机前请保存恢复码，持有恢复码的人可以访问该账号。Android 与 iOS 的余额不会自动合并。
“设置 → 删除时长账号”会停止传译并删除有效账号及剩余时长。为防止删除账号或退款购买被重放，可能保留有限的不可逆账号或交易指纹。该操作不会删除本机传译记录，也不会发起 Google Play 退款。你也可以提供账号 ID，通过上述邮箱请求删除；不要发送恢复码或 API Key。
我们不出售个人数据，不将对话用于广告。数据仅按本政策说明交给服务商处理；阿里云及 Google 的处理与保留适用其各自条款和隐私政策。传译前应取得参与者同意。
